1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MemberBridge platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
MemberBridge provides a white-label membership management platform for Canadian nonprofit organisations. The platform includes member management, event registration, invoicing, communications and related tools.
3. Data Hosting and Privacy
All data processed through MemberBridge is stored on servers located in Canada (Montreal, Quebec). MemberBridge is designed to comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MemberBridge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal or provincial law.
5. Organisation Responsibility
Client organisations are responsible for the accuracy of member data entered into the platform, obtaining appropriate consent from their members for data collection and processing, and maintaining the confidentiality of admin login credentials.
6. Payment and Fees
Fees for MemberBridge services are agreed between MemberBridge and each client organisation individually. Payment terms are set out in each organisation's service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
MemberBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
8. Modifications
MemberBridge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
